(Harrisburg; Pennysilvania).-The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) announced today that total revenue from all gaming activities, including fantasy contests, reached $477,250,631 in February 2025. This represents a 4.38% decline compared to February 2024.

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) reported today that the combined total revenue generated from all forms of gaming along with fantasy contests during February 2025 was $477,250,631, a decrease of 4.38% compared to revenue generated in February 2024.
At the same time, revenue from iGaming continued to show a marked year-over-year increase. February iGaming revenue totaled $202,742,794 or 12.3% higher than last year.
The PGCB has posted separate reports for these types of gaming on its website, https://gamingcontrolboard.pa.gov/ The following chart compiles all revenue generated in February 2025 by casinos, along with fantasy contests and VGTs operated by other vendors and includes a comparison to total revenue generated in February 2024.
Slot Machine Revenue
February’s revenue from the play of retail slot machines was $186,277,450, an 8.12% decrease in revenue when compared to the $202,742,794 generated in February 2024.
The number of slot machines in operation in February 2025 was 24,404 compared to 24,886 at the casinos in February 2024. Slot machine revenue for each of the casinos, with the percentage change reflected over the previous year, is as follows:
Tax revenue from the play of slot machines in February 2025 was $94,161,204*.
Retail Table Games Revenue
Retail Table Games revenue for February 2025 was $71,158,976 a decrease of 7.16% from February 2024 when revenue was $76,645,816. Table games revenue for each of the casinos, with the percentage change reflected over the previous year, is as follows.
Total tax revenue from table games play during February 2025 was $11,938,213*.
Internet Casino-Type Gaming (iGaming) Revenue
Casino games offered online generated a record amount of monthly gross revenue totaling $207,636,713 during February 2025. Compared to revenue of $184,944,898 in February 2024, this represents an increase of 12.27%.
Slot Machine Revenue
February’s revenue from the play of retail slot machines was $186,277,450, an 8.12% decrease in revenue when compared to the $202,742,794 generated in February 2024.

Sports Wagering Revenue
February 2025 total sports wagering handle was $756,926,216, 14.38% above the February 2024 total of $661,740,812.
The taxable revenue figure for February 2025 was $7,485,177, or 75.26% lower when compared to February 2024, when taxable revenue was $30,252,627.

Sports wagering revenue for each of the casinos and one Off Track Betting facility for February 2025 and February 2024, if applicable, is as follows:
Tax revenue generated from sports wagering during February 2025 was $2,694,664*.
Video Gaming Terminals
Total adjusted revenue for February 2025 for video gaming terminals (VGTs) was $3,196,360, 1.15% lower than February 2024 when revenue was $3,233,524. By the end of February 2025, all VGT Operators offered the maximum permitted five machines at each of the 74 qualified truck stop establishments, compared to five machines at each of the 72 establishments at this time last year.
Truck Stop VGT adjusted revenue for each of the terminal operators during February 2025 is as follows:
Tax revenue collected from the play of VGTs in February 2025 was $1,662,107*.
Fantasy Contests
Fantasy Contests revenue was $1,495,955 in February 2025, an increase of 17.46% over February 2024, when revenue was $1,273,552
Tax revenue collected from the play of Fantasy Contests in February 2025 was $224,393*.
